From Monday 12th - Friday 16th November, the Academy will be raising money and awareness for children in need.

• Hot chocolate drinks, with the option of toppings, will be sold during break time on the Student Reception desk (the old Reception desk) at £1.00 each.
• Gunge the Teacher will be done during the whole school assembly on Friday 16th November.  Votes at 50p each or £1.00 for 3, will be taken during break time at the Student Reception desk.

The non-school uniform day will be on Friday 16th November 2016.  There is no specific theme but Children in Need attire are welcomed (Pudsey ears and bright clothes).  Normal non-school uniform rules apply:

• Clothing that reveals too much cleavage, your back, your chest, your feet, your stomach or your underwear is not appropriate for a place of business. 
• Any clothing that has words, terms, or pictures that may be offensive to other members of the Academy community is unacceptable. 
• Dress and skirt length should be at a length at which you can sit comfortably in public. Short, tight skirts that ride halfway up the thigh are inappropriate 
• Outdoor coats should be removed in learning sessions.  Hats are not appropriate in the work place.

All proceeds will go to Children in Need.
