On 7th October 2021 The Samworth Church Academy went out to consultation on proposed changes to its 2023-24 admission arrangements. The consultation period has now closed. Below you will find the Academy’s determined admission arrangements for admission of students in year this year, 2021-2022, and for admission from September 2022-2023.
If you wish to apply for a Church commitment to be taken into consideration as part of your application, please note that you must complete the Supplementary Information Form. The form is in addition to the Local Authority's application process. Please ensure both parts of the form are completed, signed and returned to The Samworth Church Academy.
The academy participates in Nottinghamshire County Council’s In-Year Co-ordinated Scheme. Details of the application process for ‘in year’ admissions is on the Nottinghamshire County Council website and applications should be made directly to them.
