In the past fortnight we said a fond farewell to our Year 11s and Year 13s as they near the end of exam season, and move on to the next step in their journey.

 

It’s always a mix of excitement, nostalgia, joy and a few tears as we celebrate our young people and wish them the very best.

 

This particular group of young people have lived through some enormous changes, with the pandemic hitting during their education at the Academy. Resilience is a vital skill for life, and we’re proud of the resilience our young people have shown. This may be the end of one chapter here at the Samworth Church Academy, but it’s the start of 70 or more great years for our young people, and we can’t wait to see what you achieve.

 

This is not goodbye, this is just the beginning. Good luck with your last few exams, and remember you will always be a part of the Samworth Church Academy family.
