This qualification is made up of 3 Units.
One exam and two coursework-based units.
- Component 1 – Animal Handling
- Component 2 – Animal Handling and Accommodation
- Component 3 – Animal Health and Welfare
This course is great preparation for pursuing a BTEC level 3/4 in Animal Management post-16.
There are a wide range of employment and further education avenues on offer in this sector, with some areas showing significant growth including Natural Pet Products, Speciality Pet Services, Behavioural Consultations, Pet Sitting and Dog Grooming.
