This is a relatively new course which is being offered to take advantage of the world class teaching kitchen facilities we have in the Academy. It is a level 2 qualification which will consist of 6 units for the BTEC First Diploma (equivalent to 4 GCSEs) and 3 of the units below for the BTEC First Certificate (equivalent to 2 GCSEs).
