If your child is going on the Year 7 Residential Trip please note that we have been advised by Kingswood that we are not able to use their Dearne Valley venue due to maintenance work taking place. They have offered us an alternative venue which is at Overstrand Hall in Norfolk. The new departure time (same dates) will be 10am (was 1pm) and the new return time will be approx. 3.30pm (was 1.30pm). There will be no increase in price. ·         Students will not need swimwear

·         Students who are entitled to FSM will be given a packed lunch on Sunday, if not they must take one.

·         We will be stopping off at a Café on the way to break up the journey, where food, snacks and drinks can be bought

·         Students should be dressed casual and comfortable for the journey and will be given their hoodie when they arrive at school at 9:45am.

·         Bathrooms are not en-suite but there is one on every corridor

·         There is a shop at the Kingswood Centre so students may want to take some pocket money.

·         Students are expected at the academy at 9:45am

·         Students whose parents have not completed a consent form or medical form will not be able to attend as it is a legal requirement.
